Welcome to Condo Anahuac at AWA Residences, Playacar phase 2. This elegant and equipped residence features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and capacity for 10 adults. This condominium is perfect for a family vacation or gathering with a group of friends.



The master bedroom offers a king bed, the guest room has two double beds with television and private bathrooms. Your third bedroom has 2 double beds.



The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a Smart TV and pool views. Right next to the living room is your private patio with a view of the pool.



This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you will find many options for dining and shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from the island of Cozumel.
