You have so many options for everything... the beach is right there, transport to the other princess resorts is easy, or you can walk either way. The staff are so nice and helpful. The shows at night are very enjoyable and fantastic. Overall we will be coming again!

Getting platinum services was a waste of money. There were no extra benefits in paying for this upgrade. We still checked in with everyone else and there were no upgraded alcohols available. Staff were rude a lot of the times and not very helpful. Everytime we were having fun playing volleyball in the pool, they would come take the ball from us and say we had to participate in their activities during that time. We also had an individual in our party be told that she was getting to tipsy and had to get out of the pool. There was another instances where we asked for a certain shot and they made a different one for us. When the bartender was told that no one would drink the shot, the bartender said no more shots and closed the bar.

I paid extra for a platinum swim out room and all the pools close at 8pm. If you go into town and do anything by the time your back to to late to even enjoy the pool. If you’re paying extra for these rooms those swim outs should have pools hours later. Also the food is just ok, nothing special. The room smelled strongly of mildew or wet clothes the whole time. Overall it’s just ok, nothing special.

The property was beautiful however was fairly vacant (in capacity). I had booked a double bed room and a king but upon arrival was only offered two king bedrooms. This didn’t work for my family and was only offered an accommodation leaving my children in a far building. I had also made note of my Anniversary and did not receive or see anything in regards to the celebration. The facilities were nice and clean as well as the staff being nice; specifically the bellboy, Javier, went above and beyond always offering help and a really genuine nice person. Understandably, being outside, there were many mosquitoes so bring bug spray! :)

Customer service was excellent. Room was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. They do need to work on the food the only thing that was good was breakfast They advertise the hibachi restaurant that was not even available very sad because last time we came we enjoyed it and we were looking forward to eating there.

This hotel is not a 5 star resort. It was 3, at best. The frustrating part is that there's is so much potential. The room smelled moldy and mildewy. Contacted the front desk and they sent up house keeping. We had dinner reservations. Their solution was to use WAY too much air freshner and a scent disk that was stuck in the vent for the AC. The spa was great. The food was ok. The beach was unusable (not the resorts fault, sargassum). Overall we would not stay here again

Very well kept property. There was multiple instances where the all inclusive food service was very slow. Room service took over an hour several times. Not all restaurants were avaliable, availability shcedule couldnt be found.
