This is our 3rd trip here. We love that you can cross over to the other princess resorts. We love the amount of pools. The party pool is so loud you can here it from every room and i wish the played different music every other day but itnis dance club all day every day. We only eat buffet at breakfast and lunch it is ok... i have been to worse and this one has variety and different food from day to day. So if you find something you love you may never find it again. The al e carte restaurants were excellent and you dont have to have a reservation just walk up. The resort is showing its age. Things are faded, cracked, etc but they are constantly working cleaning fixing and i bet its hard to fix things when they are constantly full of guests.

I recently stayed at the Platinum Yucatan Princess, and it was an incredible experience! The resort offers a fantastic selection of drinks, and I highly recommend trying the Bling Bling and Road Runner cocktails – they are simply delicious! 🍹 One of the best parts of my stay was the ample space around the pool area. No matter what time of day, I always found a comfortable spot to relax and soak up the sun. The resort's atmosphere is both lively and serene, making it perfect for a rejuvenating getaway. Overall, the Platinum Yucatan Princess exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return!

The staff was amazing, there was a lot of entertainment available, and they were great at helping navigate food allergies. The swim out room was beyond worth it! We spent so much time there. Food was ok, the buffet was actually our fav. Beach was cute, but rocky if you go in the water- you need water shoes. Workers were everywhere always cleaning and happy- they were all wonderful. Full service drinks delivered to us at our room! Beautiful weather. Would absolutely come back.
