Didn't really care for the beach and ocean. Erosion was terrible so the water wad difficult to get to. First part of water had shells, coral and stones but once past that it was good. A lot of seaweed and the waves were pretty big.

Perfect location. The grounds and resort are gorgeous. It’s a bit loud by the main pool but that is ok. The service is excellent. The food is mediocre. Best to eat at the buffet. The restaurants were not worth going to. The only exception to that was the Japanese restaurant. The resort is walking distance to Playa del Carmen which is perfect. We would go in the afternoon to walk around.

Have stayed at a dozen resorts in Mexico, this one is the best. Roberto, Fermin, and Dayana were amazing. Have nothing to complain about. Food and drinks were great, no reservations needed and not picky about dress code. Entertainment and pool were outstanding. Beautiful and clean facilities, room, and restaurants. Will be back!

Very sad that the beach has eroded away in the last few years. Still a nice area to stay tho. Seems like the entertainment is not quite as good as it used to be. Not everyone is so excited about the Neon Party on Friday night, would be nice to have a little entertainment other than that
