Overall the resort is beautiful and easy to navigate. The service everywhere except the pool area was great. The bar tenders at the pool where hit and miss and several days at 5 or 6 pm when they closed the bar (way too early) they would start throwing water from the pool onto the patio to clean whether you are sitting there or not. The food was disappointing , other than the steak house.

The service and food options were excellent. I loved having access to the other resorts and the night entertainment. I have no complaints. My boyfriend and I always stay at RIU resorts and always have the best experience.

I have absolutely no complains about our stay. Our room was big and beautiful, the beds were very comfy, the food was very tasty and very plentiful, high quality ingredients. The service was just exceptional! A big heartful thank you to the staff, who work hard day and night to make guests feel special and welcome! I would definitely return, as well as recommend this hotel to others.

I can not explain the time that was had here. Food 10/10 service 10/10 vibes 100/10. This was my first solo trip first time on a plane and first vacation all around out of Florida. I had a wonderful time from pickup to the time i arrived at the resort. Mr. Rosario was the best of the best of the best. He made the experience so much more better and made you feel at home each time you went to a restaurant to eat. The staff was so nice the rooms were amazing and the views were just as amazing. I had one issue with my room, i didn't get any problems they just moved my room and bought my luggage right to me. I'm planning my next trip there again really soon.

We were on the 3rd floor and our room would never get cool, it was so unpleasant. In the swim up bar pool it didn’t say in the description adults only, we had our kid in there sitting on the edge not hurting anything and they were very rude about it.

I could have sworn this was an all-adult resort when I booked it. The property is nice for the price I paid. Rooms were well stocked with water, soda, and alcohol. The room was really clean, had a jacuzzi tub, excellent water pressure in the showers and seemed to be updated. The food is your typical all-inclusive spread. The adult pool area closed way too early. The guards managing the area didn't always do a good job of keeping the kids out the adult pool. I also felt like they picked and choosed who they let play music by the pool. Overall I give it a 8.3/10. The liquor also tastes watered down.

We loved our stay - there is something for everyone as we have an age spread between our kids. The staff works so hard and provided such a fun environment. The hotel is peaceful and clean and runs very smoothly and we all loved the buffet and food options!

I have stayed at many all inclusive and the food at this resort was definately the worst of any I have visited. The restaurants are tiny, expecially given the size of this resort. The portions in the restaurants were laughably small. The restaurants filled up so quickly that if you didn't go very early, you weren't getting in. The drinks were too weak and sugary. The pool seating area was filled up far too early so you have to get up very early to reserve a spot. Towels secured unused chairs by the pool all day long. Building itself and grounds and staff were very nice. Buffet was expansive, but terrible quality. Recommend they compare their food to other similar resorts, they will find they have a lot to improve in this department. Entertainment was ok at best.
