Three good things about this hotel: The rooftop bar. The walkable location. The parking. Disorganized reception. Had to leave a deposition for things that should come with the room for the amount of money you spend to book ($200 pesos for an iron, $100 for a second key). No fridge. 1st night was horrible. Could hear the music blasting from somewhere outside until 4am (I was on the 3rd floor). Every other night was fine. Good taco spot across the street that stays open to 4am and good thing was that Oxxo was around the corner. Because couldn’t get anything from the front desk…

I did not like anything about the property, except for the rooftop since it’s separate from the supposed all inclusive hotel. They have a nice friendly staff upstairs. But besides that. All was horrible. Every time I went towards the front desk, there was a different person complaining about something related to the rooms... I guess I would recommend to read reviews before paying an excessive amount for what it actually offers and not what you are promised

Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Would’ve loved one blanket though. The pool was great and loved the courtyard area. Very central and close to shopping and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was fairly rundowned Went and bought our own cleaning supplies before we use the counters fridge didn't work. Took 2 days for them to replace it. The towels are like sandpaper. They don't give me any blankets Happy hour all over the hotels says it's 4:00 till 7:00 but it's actually only till 6. :00 they only have two umbrellas on the roof for shade

Staff did not help with any requests. There was no full length mirror in room and staff did nothing to help. They offered to switch rooms next day and everyday that passed they said they said no rooms are available and next day they would, but never had anything. When asking for a second hand towel for room they did not provide one despite there were two of us. Not friendly and when speaking to staff they began to ignore us and wanted to serve lady behind us as they had nothing more to say despite no solution.

We stayed in the king suite, living room and kitchenette with a big balcony. The Palm was exactly what we wanted. Close to everything. If you don’t like noise being kitty corner to 5th Ave strip there are a few places with loud music close by, we still didn’t find it bothersome. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

Terrible hotel. Pounding music till late in the morning, front desk staff were terrible, bed only had a sheet, water temp in shower was cold, a 2 star at best, but more like a 1 star.

This place is very outdated. Is not a 4 star hotel. Pictures don’t look nothing like in this site. The rooms smell like mold very bad. They lies about the way it looks and they refuse to cancel my reservation that I made prior. They keep all of my money and we did not end up staying in this filthy place. We walked right out after checking out the room. SHAME ON THEM AND EXPEDIA !! For stealing my money. Not even my bank could have do anything about to dispute the charges.
