Very disappointed with hotel staff, it was a chain of events that had occurred. To keep things nice and simple, the resort is beautiful. However, the staffing accommodations were not great. I was unable to hear back about transportation from the airport to the resort in a timely manner. So I went on with local transportation (whom ripped us off) at the airport. To begin, the photos of the diamond suite are representing an onyx suite, best updated photos are not on Expedia but rather their actual website. I requested a room that represents the photos from Expedia, they had to downgrade me to an onyx suite. Once the downgrade was done, there was WiFi outage in the room for 24 hours. Expedia’s bio does not mention the emphasis of a dress code on their description. While on the resort, I actually got escorted out of a restaurant (first time in my life) for being too underdressed, while on vacation (that’s after the manager informed us since we weren’t notified of the dress code we are an exception to the policy) the chain of events really did not make this a great vacation. I was very upset of this stay & will not be coming back. The resort itself is beautiful and they had wonderful activities. I just simply cannot believe the chain of events that had occurred. I will have these charges disputed as this felt more like a mission rather than a vacation.

Everything about the Valentin Imperial was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful with amazing plant and animal life to enjoy. The staff were all very kind and courteous, and service was top-notch. We loved trying all of the different cuisines at each restaurant, all which were amazing! The pool, shows, and activities were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone stay here who is looking for a beautiful inclusive resort in Mexico.

We have been to Valentin Imperial Riviera several times and love the atmosphere. The service is great the food is very good and the accommodations are very nice. We love the pool and the lush greenery of the resort. I prefer the end of October due to the temperature of the pool.

This was our 3rd visit to Valentin and it is by far our favorite place to stay. Love the grounds and the feeling of not being there with many people, love the entertainment and the main pool, with its activities. Great food and great service.
