Welcome to Condo Veranda 2 located in the Veranto condos in the center of Playa del Carmen. This one-bedroom condominium has a king bed and a fully equipped bathroom. You will be able to enjoy the city view from your private terrace and high-speed internet. The living room has a full-size sofa bed.
The Veranto condominium complex offers a spacious rooftop terrace with a pool, sun loungers, garden tables, bar and grill, and even an immersion pool. Additionally, in the common areas on the first level of the building, you can find a gym and a mezzanine with tables.
This condominium is located a few blocks from the Mega supermarket, and some stores and restaurants. Additionally, you are 10 minutes walking from the beach.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
