VILLA RULES & POLICIES

At Villa Aqua we encourage our guests to respect and treat the property with responsibility and courtesy by following some basic rules:

• Check In time: 3pm
• Check Out time: 11am

IT IS EXTREMELY FORBIDDEN TO:
• Smoke inside the house.
• Use of any prohibited drug inside the property.
• Make loud noise after 11pm.
• Disturb neighbors with noise, loud music, littering, vandalism, public drunkenness, fights, assaults, etc.
• Eat inside the bedrooms.
• Deteriorate furniture, decoration or property itself.
• Remove anything from this property at any time for any reason.

WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE FOLLOWING:
• Only Villa Aqua registered guests are allowed at the property.
• For check-in, a copy of a photo ID of each guest is required (not for guests under 18).
• Visitors need to be announced 24hrs before and in order to have access to the villa; our staff will require a proof of ID. A maximum of 3 guests are considered as “visits” and are allowed between 11:00am and 9:00pm. Other than that needs to be authorized by the owner. Extra visitors arriving at the villa after 9pm have to register with the villa host or security staff and extra charges apply.
• Decency in all respect should be maintained at all times.
• Please do not set AC thermostat lower than 70°F (21°C). Turn off AC units when not in the room or while room windows/doors are open.
• Keep exterior doors locked.
• Place all your valuable items in safe boxes.
• Use the garage or park in front of the front door but please do not block the street, neighbor’s garages or park in the lawn for any reason.

POOL RULES:
• Children are to be supervised at all times.
• Swim at your own risk. (No lifeguard on duty)
• Shower before swimming.
• No running /No diving
• No horseplay or ball play
• No glass in pool area.
• No foreign objects in pool / Jacuzzi.
• No bubble bath, shampoo or foam in pool/ Jacuzzi.

These and some other simple rules that will be specified in detailed upon your arrival will be courteously but firmly enforced and supervised by the villa staff. We ask your cooperation in maintaining an environment that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
Villa Aqua is located inside a family neighborhood; Playacar community has a noise ordinance after 11:00 PM. Loud music, shouting or high volume is forbidden after this time.
Villa Aqua staff members have the authority to maintain order, to ensure the safety of staff and property, and to enforce these and other regulations. Directions given by villa staff must be followed. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the rental agreement without refund and if necessary authorities notification.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Children over 12 years of age will be counted as one adult.
• Wedding and social events are permitted upon approval by the owner with a maximum of 80 Guests. Event Fee applies.
• Bachelor/ette parties are not permitted unless approved by owner (may be request to sign rules agreement)
• Shorter stays may be considered depending on availability and may incur an extra charge.

• Staff Gratuities:
Recommended gratuities are 8-10% of the villa rental. These percentages apply to the entire staff, not to each individual staff member. If you have any questions, please consult your Concierge once onsite.
