Servatur Riosol

"Huoneen kunto oli tosi huono, tosi likainen suihkutilat, viemäri oli niin tukossa, että jos kävi 5 min suihkussa piti odottaa 30 min ennen kuin vesi oli laskeutunut pois. Huoneessa piti olla kahden hengen sänky, mutta olikin kaksi yhden hengen sänkyjä joita vaan laitettu vierekkäin, ja sängyjen väliin aina tuli rako, koska patjat oli erilaisia. Sängyt oli todella huonokuntoisia ja epämukava nukkua. Siivoojat kävivät melkein päivittäin, mutta petasivat vain sängyt ja laittoivat lattialla olevat likaiset pyyhet takaisin naulakkoon ”kuivumaan”. Hotellin tiedoissa luki, että viikon aikana vaihtavat 2krt lakanat, yöpyimme 9yötä, eikä kertaakaan vaihdettu lakanoita.
Hotellin alue oli todella meluisa, joka yö heräsi siihen että joku turisti huutelee ja riitelee siellä. Myöskään hotellin alueella ei ole ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja eikä tätä kerrota etukäteen.
Henkilökunta oli ok, mutta hotelli oli sen verran iso että huoneen löytäminen oli todella vaikeaa, eikä kukaan respassa viittinyt tulla neuvomaan vaan piti 20min kävellä edes takaisin painavilla matkalaukuilla ennen kuin löysi perille. Hotellissa oli myös remontti kesken joka aiheutti jonkin verran meteliä. Hotellissa oli myös paljon portaita ja yksi vanha ja tosi pelottava hissi.
Ainoa hyvä asia hotellissa oli kaunis näköala, josta olimme toki maksaneet ylimääräistä. "
