Both accommodations are located within the same estate grounds, just minutes apart, allowing guests to enjoy peaceful seclusion while remaining conveniently connected. Together, this pairing is well‑suited for intimate reunions, retreats, or milestone celebrations that call for both togetherness and personal space.

Beyond the accommodations, Equestrian House© unfolds with abundant opportunities for leisure and adventure. Guests can swim in the outdoor pool, enjoy friendly competition on the tennis or basketball courts, explore wooded trails, or relax beside the tranquil pond. In winter, the nearby slopes transform the Poconos into a skier’s haven, where invigorating days on the mountain end with cozy evenings in the comfort of the estate.

Pet Policy:
We love pets at The Sanctuary on Equestrian! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.
