'Kerlan Farmhouse 5min Drive from Beach' with Private Garden

This rental consists of three adjoining houses in a traditional Pays Bigouden farmhouse, accommodating up to 16 guests.



The stone houses offer a 100 m² courtyard (shared access to the gîtes, not private but rarely used by owners or others), a natural wooded garden of 800 m², and a large 300 m² shed that can shelter up to eight cars, a trailer, boat, or motorcycles. Several outbuildings are also available for storing bikes or bulky luggage. The property is older, simply equipped, rustic, and peaceful, located on an active organic farm. The owners live on site.



Eco-friendly cleaning products are provided. The houses are suitable for family holidays, weekends with friends, or gatherings (maximum 16 people, no sound system allowed but music at a moderate volume is accepted), in a simple and warm atmosphere. The fireplace can be used only from late October to late March (firewood available for an extra fee).



The setting is quiet and rural, yet close to the sea and beaches. The rentals are on a 20-hectare farm, surrounded by fields and trees, with no direct neighbors, in a safe area. The road is 200 meters away. You can access the GR 34 hiking trail directly from the property. From the road, just head towards the sea (3 km).



The location is ideal for reaching shops, exploring the region, and discovering fishing ports, the sea, and beaches. Your hosts are available on site for any information or assistance.
