Petite House 'Gite Ty Coz - Beach 5min by Car' with Shared Terrace

Large farmhouse dating from 1811, typical of the Pays Bigouden region. Located on our organic farm, this house is offered with a focus on sustainable living. It provides a very simple, authentic setting with only the essentials and rustic décor.



Baby equipment available: cot, changing table, high chair. The gîte features a spacious 70 m² living area on the ground floor with a working fireplace (usable only from late October to late March, firewood available for an extra fee), as well as a large 200 m² courtyard (former farmyard) which, while not private, is available to guests for outdoor meals, relaxation, and leisure. It is possible to accommodate one extra person (on a folding bed), available for an extra fee. A large shed is provided for parking cars, boats, and trailers.



The beach is 15 minutes away by bike or 6 minutes by car. Direct access from the farm to the GR 34 trail, beaches, and walking or cycling routes. There is no Wi-Fi, but 4G is available on smartphones, making it ideal for disconnecting.
