Le Phare de Trézien - Proche plage

This charming 47 m² house, ideal for 2 people, is located in Plouarzel, less than 1 km from the beach. It comprises a 20 m² fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 4,000 m² garden and terrace. Bed linen and towels included, wifi (fiber optic), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker... and dining area.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
- A room with a desk, small sofa and coffee table.
- A shower room with shower and hairdryer.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 4,000 m² enclosed garden with large outdoor aviary.
- A private 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, parasol, plancha...

The house is ideally located in Plouarzel, in pleasant surroundings beneath the Trézien lighthouse. All essential shops are nearby (4km).

Nearby:
- Town center 4 km away (5 minutes by car).
- Restaurants. We recommend a visit to the crêperie "La Crêpe Dantel".
- Saint Renan 11.9 km (13 minutes by car).
- Brest 25 km (30 minutes by car).
- Les Menhirs de Kergadiou 12 km (17 minutes by car).
- Château de Kergroadez 12 km (14 minutes by car).

Activities :
- Hiking on the GR34 coastal path, 400 m from the house.
- Numerous beaches and coves just 500 m away (Plage du Gouérou, famous for surfing).
- Visit the Trézien lighthouse, the fishing port of Le Conquet...
- Visit the islands of Ouessant and Molène.
- Numerous sporting activities are available, including walking, cycling, swimming, water-walking and golf....
- Market every Thursday, 9am to 12pm.
- Festival les Petites Folies in June in Lampaul Plouarzel.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the house's own parking lot, secured by a gate with an intercom, with the possibility of using the covered quarter-port for 1 vehicle.

Eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen, herrlich ruhig gelegen direkt am Phare de Trézien mit einer eigenen Terrasse nach Westen auf dem großen Grundstück. Die Vermieter waren selbst im Urlaub, es war aber alles bestens vorbereitet und kommuniziert und wir wurden von einer Freundin sehr nett empfangen. Die Küche ist funktionell gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Außen-Grill und wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sehr gut im Carport unterbringen. Vielen Dank!
