The window in the room was not able to be locked and there was a roof outside that could allow access to the window. The room also has a strong odor that I could not identify. The best part was that it was conveniently located to the venue we were attending and the bed was comfortable.

Mediocre stay.

Pool was without towels. Spoke to front desk to be told "they just replaced them a half hour ago." Towels were replaced after this, with hand towels. Room was clean though.

We loved the pool for our 10 year old. We ate in the restaurant on site and it was amazing! Best coleslaw I have ever eaten! Great staff! It was nice having the restaurant right there attached to hotel. Beautiful rustic and historic building. Rooms were lovely and clean. Only thing that was difficult was the parking lot. Not a lot of space to park your cars. Overall loved our stay!!!

This property was ok. Some things were very nice but others weren't great. The option to swim and soak in the hot tub was great but the hot tub was dirty and the slide into the pool has something sharp in it which cut my daughter's arm. They offered a restaurant, but it was only open one day out of the four nights we stayed. The rooms looked very nice, but when we had to take the sheets off, we found the mattresses were filthy. One of our rooms had a broken thermostat and the room was 90° Most of the time that we were there. Some of the staff was great, but others did not seem to care. Not sure I would stay here again.

We had a room towards the far end of the hotel, it took 10-15 minutes to get hot water for the shower. I called down to the front desk to be told it’s a known issue! The hotel is dated, but the location is excellent and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There’s lovely cafes, a bagel shop and French pastry shop in walking distance. Just start your shower while you go get your coffee!

Heartbreakingly disappointing

-First impression: Hotel sign missing letters, there was an angry drunk walking through the parking lot as we tried to find parking. *There were no open spots* parking was completely unrestricted on a relatively busy day. -Inside: Staff was initially 'ok' not exactly welcoming, lobby was pretty, elevator was rickety and slow but functional and room looked exactly as depicted. -Pool looked like photo but seemed like a cheap one star motel version, it was perfect for kids, didn't see many adults having fun. Also couldn't find a quiet moment at the pool. Inn and spa sounds so quaint. There were at least 50 screaming kids. -Hot tub: kids under 16 did enter, maybe this isn't enforceable? Certainly not relaxing or romantic being splashed in the hot tub by someone's kid -Spa: couldn't tell yah, tried to make appointments they said there were *none available* but the spa was closed every time I passed... Which was a lot Overall stay: bathroom wall may have had boogers on it (something greenish brown was smeared), and there were hairs, multiple hairs, so you know. Lights went out in our bathroom and on the back lights and outlets of our room, hotel staff shared their obvious frustrations with the situation over the several calls we had while they resolved it. Because it was our fault I guess. Overall, I may have expected too much, but this was the first trip my husband and I got to take in a really long time and it didn't meet a single expectation

No safe and no microwave or even a bathroom changer. Super packed and noisy. No parking for 2 days at the parking lot bc is next to historic sites and restaurants who park there. Towels in the pool are small washcloth style little towels. No lifeguard, but they have undercover people watching. Party next to my room woke me up at 4pm sunday. Bathroom tub water: no hot water for 1 hour. Make sure u start the water in advance.

Parking is a bit tough if there is a party there. Hallway interior needs TLC. Wallpaper ripping everywhere. Room was nice and clean enough except for stains on chair. Staff was friendly. Pool area was decent. Average place that can have more potential with some tlc. Great location.
