This cozy basement apartment is center to all the Bengal (ISU) Action! The kitchen features granite countertops, with coffee/tea bar, a beautiful living room with fireplace. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, with double shower heads. You also have private laundry facilities. Save from parking expense and walk to all the events at the Holt Arena. Right next to Idaho State University, Portneuf Medical Center, ON Semiconductors.

This is a basement apartment. There is an active Airbnb upstairs as well. There can be a potential for noise transfer through the floor.

The backyard renovations are in progress. Although the backyard is not included in this listing and the work will not affect any amenities listed we do want to let you know that there could be a potential for noise during the day. Work will primarily happen on weekdays between working hours of 8:00-5:00. Some weekend work may happen to keep the project on schedule. We have discounted our price to show appreciation for your willingness to stay during our renovation.
