First Floor: the perfect place to gather

- Living Room: you will find a comfortable couch, chaise lounge, bay-window, wood burning fireplace and a smart TV.

- Dining Area: pull up a chair to a large table or have a seat at the breakfast bar. A booster seat is available for our smallest guests.

- Kitchen: takes advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. There are enough plates, bowls, and cups to serve a crowd, including plastic cups and bowls for kids… and clumsy adults. All the necessary pots, pans, cooking knives, etc. are provided to prepare a great meal. A Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender with smoothie cups are ready to help you start the day.

- Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area.

- Full bathroom: a full bath with a tub and shower is conveniently located downstairs.

- Storage: a closet by the front door is perfect for stashing jackets, beach bags, shoes and umbrellas.

Second Floor: the perfect place to rest

- Four Bedrooms: a large primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, two rooms with queen-sized beds (1 features a desk for those remote workers), and a “cubs den” with 3 twin sized beds (1 standalone and 1 set of bunk beds). All bedrooms have a smart TV (or ChromeCast)

- Full bathroom: a full bath with a tub and shower.

- Reading nook: at the top of the landing, you will find a cozy chair and a great collection of children’s books.

Outside: the perfect place for fresh air

- Front deck: large front deck with a bistro table

- Back porch: covered deck with a dining table and grill. String lights set the mood for evenings outside.

- Firepit: a newly refreshed wood burning fire pit with large Adirondack chairs and bistro lights.

Our Community: the perfect place for a getaway

- The home is located in the gated Arrowhead Lake Community. This community provides guests with a safe, quiet and perfectly maintained place to vacation.

We are DOG friendly!
- Prior notification/payment required
- 1 dog maximum
- $50/pet fee (non-refundable)
- NO dogs on furniture/beds
- Waste must be cleaned up/disposed of by guest
- Excess mess/damage will result in an additional fee
NOTE: Evidence of non-registered pets will result in immediate termination of the rental contract with no refund provided.

ADA-compliant service animals are allowed at the property. Please notify us ahead of your arrival if you will have an ADA-compliant service animal with you during your stay.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Guests will be responsible for registration fees paid to the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA). After booking, you will receive a registration form. This must be completed in order for us to complete the registration for your group.

Guest Membership - $8.50 per person per night (ages 6 and up), $42.50 for 5-7 nights (ages 6 and up)
Vehicle Gate Card - $20 per vehicle
Administrative Fee - $20
Transaction Fee - $20

NOTE: a late fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No same-day registrations are allowed.

These additional fees are a requirement from the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) and are paid directly to the ALCA.

Note: availability of amenities is determined by the ALCA and is restricted to registered guests.
