Boa experiência

Gostei do hotel, simples, mas confortável. O café no quarto foi bom e bem cômodo. O que me incomodou muito fui no checkout. O atendente falou conosco, mas não olhou pra gente, em nenhum momento. Já o atendente do check in foi simpático, nos explicou sobre o café, foi conosco mostrar a entrada do estacionamento. Achei as meninas do café e limpeza super discretas. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Indiferença no checkin

Chegamos no hotel antes do horário de checkin. Ficamos sentados na recepção, sem que os atendentes se interessassem em fazer a nossa entrada. Somente quando outros hóspedes chegaram é que iniciaram o checkin. O hotel fica em uma rua muito movimentada e, por isso, o quarto era muito barulhento. A iluminação do banheiro era fraca, não havia ventilação natural e o exaustor existente era extremamente barulhento. A limpeza do quarto não era tão eficiente porque havia traças no teto.

Nossa experiência com a hospedagem não foi boa. Acreditamos que pela localização e preço o hotel deveria oferecer acomodações e serviço melhores. O hotel é um casarão mal cuidado: acomodação muito pequena e com cheiro forte, falta de itens de higiene - papel, toalhas... - travesseiros desconfortáveis, ar condicionado com aspecto de não higienizado, café da manhã desconfortável. Não recomendamos.

Boa localização

Hotel antigo, quarto e banheiros limpos. O café da manhã é servido no quarto. Nosso quarto era pequeno. Ficamos bastante desconfortáveis para tomar o café, tem pouquíssimas variedades. Para estadia de uma noite é bom. Localização é muito boa. Dá para ir à pé ao teleférico. Fica bem localizado.
