Mehhhh It was alright

It started off good, then after day 1 of your stay we encountered a bed bug problem. The resolution was to switch us rooms. I felt like maybe a partial refund or something else could have happened. Upon checkout nothing was mentioned and that was it. I felt the problem was disregarded and by changing rooms it solved the issue.

Isletta Hotel has been a must stop whether its a weekend getaway or travelling thru to see family on the west coast. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and always clean. The ataff is courteous and welcoming.

Was very Quiet, Golf Was great Casino was great, could have used more options for Food. The only draw back was the slow Elevator in the front with the Security Keys which sometimes worked was a little painful... And the Airconditioning in our Room was not working well.. so it was warm in the room no air circulation... and it was 90 degrees out side.. other than that had a great time.

Overall we had an amazing stay. The casino is separated well enough from the resort that you don’t feel like you are staying at the Casino just that there is a casino on site the spa is absolutely amazing!!! The only aspect that was fairly frustrating was that the last night of our stay the Steakhouse onsite was closed and it wasn’t posted anywhere. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal at all if it would have been advertised.
