On the 1st floor of a very quiet condominium, this 4-person apartment features a bright and beautiful living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, allowing you to eat in. The kitchen is a real bonus in this apartment. Completely new and fully equipped, it will delight you with its Barista coffee machine! The apartment also has a lovely, bright bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower.
Located in Poitiers city center, free parking is available in front of the residence.

Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.
For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.
