The glorious grounds transform the outdoors into an exotic oasis, creating a peaceful setting with its palm trees and neatly kept Mediterranean gardens. Covered with plush sun loungers and outdoor seating, you’ll find the perfect spot to sit back and top up the tan in the sunshine. The infinity pool is something else, taking centre stage on the elevated patio terrace, allowing you to get a full view of the sweeping panoramas. The fabulous outdoor dining terrace is the perfect vantage point to savour the coastal views, where you can sip a cocktail and watch the sensational sunsets.
One of the most luxurious villas in our Cyprus collection, Harmonia Beach Villa is all about the luxe and glamour. Built to the highest of standards, the exteriors are modern and clean-cut, sprinkled with a flavour of tradition from the rustic stone facades and terracotta roof tiles. The interiors are lavish throughout, with a chic design, monochromatic furnishings, and trendy décor and wall art. A set of huge mahogany double doors that open out into a vast lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings and a plush marble floor. Wide sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows stretch the entire width of the room, treating guests to tantalising views of the sapphire waters in the distance. The fully fitted kitchen is as modern as it can get, with rich wooden cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The lower ground floor is all about relaxation and pampering, with a private gym and sauna at your disposal. Attached is a trendy bar for making a cocktail or two, with an additional living area overlooking the terrace. Three of the four ensuite double bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the last on the lower level. Each room has its own unique style, with fashionable décor and contemporary furnishings.
Tucked away on the outskirts of the pretty town of Polis, you're in the perfect location for exploring the best of what Cyprus has to offer. You’re just a short drive away from its excellent selection of traditional tavernas and cafes. There are also a number of excellent supermarkets where you can shop for all those daily essentials as well as the local produce for all of those al fresco meals.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 89cm wide alongside 8 steps. The front door has a width of 150cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The path to the poolside is 120cm wide. There are 6 steps from the patio area to the poolside. Once by the pool, the area is paved and flat. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 66cm, whilst the ensuite doors are only 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 120cm wide, whilst the lounge door is 200cm wide.
