On the upper floor, you are welcomed into a spacious living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Adjacent to this space is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed, as well as a bathroom with WC. Direct access to the swimming pool is available from the kitchen area, while the living room and the bedroom both offer exits to the terrace.
On the second upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, both equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. This floor also features 1 double bedroom with 1 bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, and 1 additional room with 1 bed of the same dimensions. A shower room with WC and a double hand-basin serves this floor. All bedrooms on the second upper floor benefit from direct access to the terrace.
