Can Llorens (also known as Ivana) is a fabulous villa for a large family, set in an exceptional location between the three fabulous resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. As you approach the villa through the driveway you are welcomed by a large shaded terrace overlooking your very own private pool which is surrounded by lawn and backed with cypress trees which adds to the feeling of privacy.

There is a large lounge dinning area with an open plan kitchen which has all the utensils needed in a holiday property.



Set over two floors, the entrance leads into the large cosy living/dining area, which Wi-Fi; this is a great area for the children to escape the midday sun. Only one of the twin bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, this has its own shower room. The other four spacious bedrooms are set on the first floor and share two full family bathrooms, two of these bedrooms have their own terraces which boast fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



The large swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a lawned garden and paved terrace in front of the house. The garden is fringed on three sides by hedges and trees and is enhanced by raised, furnished dinning terrace which extends along the length of the house. There is also a built in BBQ.

Finca war sicher Mal schön.....muss aber einiges getan werden.....

Die Finca müsste dringend renoviert werden. Viele Sachen, wie die Betten und Liegen im Außenbereich sind einfach angewohnt und alt. Die Bilder der Anzeige entsprechend definitiv nicht dem realen Zustand/Bild der Realität. Das war schon sehr enttäuschend. Auch die Ausstattung sollte erneuert werden. Man hat gerade so alles was man braucht, aber für den Preis haben wir doch etwas Hochwertigeres erwartet. Was man allerdings positiv herausgeben muss, ist der Service der Agentur. Die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht und direkt am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine neue Maschine. Handtücher wurden gewechselt, obwohl wir nur eine Woche dort waren und für den Pool war auch zwei Mal jmd da um nach ihm zu schauen und sauber zu machen.
