Welcome to this stunning country estate in Pollença, where up to 4 guests will discover their perfect retreat.
The property boasts idyllic exteriors designed to embrace the Mediterranean climate. Nestled within a beautiful garden adorned with fruit trees and native flora, you'll find a splendid private chlorine swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters and ranging in depth from 1.4 to 2 meters. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers for relaxation under the sun, a barbecue area, and a porch featuring a large table — perfect for unforgettable meals or leisurely evenings with drinks. The estate is securely fenced, ensuring nearly complete privacy despite some nearby neighbors in the area.
The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has two single beds. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
This superb accommodation is located very close to Pollença, a charming municipality at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana known for its rich history, stunning natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere. One of the main attractions of Pollença is its historic centre. With its narrow cobbled streets, picturesque squares and beautiful buildings, it is a perfect place to stroll and explore. Here you will also find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the flavours of the region and discover unique products. Wine lovers will also find numerous wine cellars where they can taste the local wines. For those looking to enjoy nature, Puig de Maria is an unmissable option. This mountain offers a panoramic hike to its summit, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It is also home to an ancient monastery, which is worth exploring. If you fancy a day of sun and sea, the beach of Puerto de Pollença, with its fine sand and crystal clear waters, is an idyllic place to enjoy a wide range of water sports or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun and sea breeze.
