Old Mallorcan country house with more than 250 years old that has been recently renovated and is located in the middle of nature and a few minutes from Pollensa town.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with terracotta floors, the dining room with direct access to the rear terrace of the house, the fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
On the upper floor is the rest area. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 with two beds) and a full bathroom.
Outside is the pool that is truly unique (9x5mts), as it is fed by a natural water source that comes from the mountains, while the surplus irrigates the nearby fields. Therefore, the water in the pool is completely natural and is constantly being renewed. A small garden and the countryside with its mountains surround this very special house where the traveler can enjoy a lot of privacy and tranquility during their vacations.
The house is truly unique and keeps its traditional Mallorcan decoration charm.
The property is located close to Pollensa. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
