Large villa with private pool close to the beach:
Villa Luis Vives is located in a private and quiet area, with a dedicated parking space for rental vehicles. The main entrance is situated at the front of the house and leads directly into a spacious and bright living room on the ground floor, designed as an open-plan space that comfortably integrates the lounge and dining area. A flat-screen TV and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing and spending time with family or friends.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area and has direct access to the front terrace, a raised and covered space overlooking the pool, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or dining in the shade. There is also a pantry and a separate laundry room for added convenience.

The garden surrounding the villa provides an ideal setting for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing, all accompanied by stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. The private pool, set in a sunny spot and surrounded by greenery, is one of the property’s main attractions — perfect for cooling off during warm summer days or enjoying a quiet swim at any time. At the rear of the house, there is a built-in barbecue next to a large outdoor dining table with chairs. For those who prefer shade, another table is located on the front terrace, from which a few steps lead directly down to the pool area.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, the second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, also with a shower, and access to the shared terrace. The other two twin bedrooms share a third full bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.

The villa offers air conditioning and heating. As part of local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning operates on a programmed schedule, from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00 in all rooms.

With capacity for up to ten people, Villa Luis Vives is an ideal choice for those seeking comfort, privacy, a private pool and a privileged natural setting during their stay in Mallorca.

Had a wonderful week in this spacious villa. Excellent swimming pool and surround with sun loungers and parasols. 5 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make the villa suitable for up to 10 people. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the town with its excellent shops , beaches and restaurants. However the fridge is not really large enough to store food for 10 people and as it was over full it was not cooling properly and as a result milk and ham had to be thrown away. We would suggest that a second fridge is provided , especially as we were drinking from 6L bottles of water everyday and needed an extra fridge to cool them.

Excellent villa but a bit far out

The villa was excellent with great facilities. Great communication from the management company. We had to get in touch with them a couple of times regarding minor issues and both times I got a prompt response and the issues were dealt with the same day. The villa itself was very clean with everything we required. Easy collection of the keys using the dropbox. Cleaners came midway through our two week holiday and the pool cleaner came a couple of times that we saw. The pool chlorine, although didn't feel strong to the eyes, turned everything yellow within minutes of being in the pool so I wouldn't recommend wearing your favourite light coloured swimwear. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was a great temperature. The porch overlooking the pool could do with some more lighting. On the few nights that we stayed at the villa to eat, by 8.30/9pm we couldn't see what we were eating. The villa was a bit out of the way, quite a long walk down narrow, single track, dark roads so we ended up driving most nights when we went out as we didn't want to walk back in the pitch black with the kids. Other than that, a great villa and would definitely recommend if you don't mind using a car.
