This delightful 80² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. The apartment is designed in a modern and charming style with soft ocean-inspired touches, creating a bright and calming atmosphere for guests.

The living space includes a cosy sitting area with a TV for relaxed evenings and a dining table for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is ideal for gathering, equipped with everything needed to prepare tasty dishes, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

Two welcoming bedrooms complete the space: one with a comfortable queen bed and generous storage, and another with a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe—perfect for families or groups of friends.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Ponta Delgada, the lively capital of São Miguel in the Azores, enchants visitors with its mix of history, culture, and natural beauty. Walking through its charming streets, you’ll find elegant churches, picturesque squares, and traditional architecture that reflect the island’s heritage. The marina and waterfront add a modern touch, with cafés, restaurants, and terraces where you can enjoy the ocean view.

Beyond the city, nature is the true highlight. From Ponta Delgada you can easily explore the lush landscapes of São Miguel, including volcanic lakes like Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo, as well as thermal springs and botanical gardens. It’s a perfect starting point for discovering the incredible beauty of the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Ponta Delgada - Avenida D. João III, is just a 1-minute walk.

Aeroporto João Paulo II is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
