Bom dia,
Quando chegarmos no hotel no sabado 03/08 as 15.30 horas, o hotel estava fechado.
Um vizinho ligou o dono do hotel e então me falou que não havia reserva e que
o hotel estava completo. Peço o reembolso do preço de € 57.00 pago com
