Holiday Home 'La Colombara di Castione' in the Heart of Castione

Located in the picturesque village of Castione, known for its tower and church bell tower, this 45 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, a living room that can serve as an extra sleeping area, and 3 bathrooms.



The private kitchen is well equipped with a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. Each room features Himalayan salt heating stoves, adjustable by remote control for temperature, brightness, and color, while the kitchen is heated by a pellet stove. In summer, every room has ceiling fans with remote control.



The bedrooms are spread over three levels and connected by a spiral staircase, so we recommend using small trolleys or comfortable suitcases for easier access. The kitchen is on the courtyard level below the rooms, with a separate entrance.



Castione is a 7-minute drive from Ponte dell'Olio, and nearby you can visit Grazzano Visconti, Castell'Arquato, Travo, Gropparello Castle, and other charming locations.



The owners live next door, but not in the booked house. The rural setting is perfect for those who love peace and nature, offering a relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful landscapes and local wildlife.



Every window offers panoramic views, and you may spot roe deer and wild animals in the surrounding woods. During your stay, you have access to the woodland and private grounds of the property.



Parking is available on the street. Up to two pets are allowed. Events are not permitted; please respect quiet hours and both indoor and outdoor spaces.



For stays longer than 7 nights, on request, linen and towel changes and cleaning are available for an extra charge.
