The 80 m² house is as follows:

- Kitchen opening onto the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area around the central island...
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), desk, wardrobe, private shower room with shower.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), desk, wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), desk, wardrobe.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- Terrace measuring 2.5 m x 10 m, with barbecue.
- 54 m x 16 m enclosed garden with fixed garden furniture.

Activities
Pontoise, a town of art and history, is popular with culture lovers. Since the Middle Ages, Pontoise has been home to several kings of France and wealthy merchants. It was also the residence of many artists, notably the Impressionist painters. Today, the vestiges of this incredible past make up the charm of Pontoise. You can visit the town's underground passages, the Pissarro and Tavet-Delacour museums and their surprising collections, or take a cruise on the River Oise in fine weather. Transport
- By car: from Paris, take the A86 motorway then the A15 motorway to exit 10, Pontoise/Les Louvrais, Centre Hospitalier.
- By train: take the Transilien from Gare du Nord and Gare Saint-Lazare and the RER C from Paris to Pontoise.
- By plane: Roissy CDG airport is 45 minutes away by car.
