On the 4000 m2 partially fenced plot, guests have access to a 44 m2 communal pool, parking for several vehicles, a children's swing and an oak wood for playing. A beautiful covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is also available to guests. The landlord lives on the upper floor of the house. The courtyard is located on a busy road.
