The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for use: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Poreč. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. Covered parking in the yard.
