Discover the delightful Istrian countryside near the coast by staying in the Villa Leonardo just outside Nova Vas in western Istria! The villa welcomes up to 6 guests for a wonderful holiday in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to bustling places of interest.
The two-story air-conditioned villa provides a cozy feeling of home on holiday. It includes 3 charming bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The upper floor also has a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. There is an open-plan area on the ground floor, which consists of a lovely kitchen with modern appliances, a dining room set, and a spacious living room with a large TV set and a wide sliding door leading into the outdoor area.
The garden features a well-maintained lawn and a swimming pool with a sunbathing area surrounding it. Having relaxed on the loungers soaking in the sun, you can enjoy a refreshment and a snack out in the open.
The pet-friendly Villa Aria is situated in a quiet village near Nova Vas, less than 10 km from the coast in western Istria. The historical town of Poreč and its Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is just 6 km away, as is the Aquacolours water park. Baredine Cave is also nearby and well worth visiting. Crossing the state border between Croatia and Slovenia, you can reach your destination after 42 km. The nearest airport is in Pula at a distance of 60 km.
