This 40 m² ground floor apartment (renovated in May 2023) and its private garden has a double bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.



It has a living room with an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; hob, fridge-freezer, small oven, French press, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A bathroom (renovation 2026) and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and access to the outbuilding where the washing machine and storage for 2 bicycles are located are provided. You have a parking space within the residence.
