En arrivant dans ma chambre 111 une odeur nauséabonde venant de la douche empestait la chambre. Nous avons fait vouler de l eau mais après une nuit désagréable l odeur etait toujours là. Le deuxième jour pareil. Donc nous avons demandé une nouvelle chambre et après discussion on nous donne une nouvelle chambre ,mais celle-ci n avait pas du lumière dans la salle de bain . De nouveau après négociation on a obtenu une chambre correcte. En conséquence nous souhaiterions un geste commercial de votre part . Dans le cas contraire je ferai savoir sur internet les problèmes rencontrés. D.GAREAU

C’était une véritable horreur. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. Le matelas était extrêmement fin (à peine une dizaine de centimètres d’épaisseur), digne d’un lit d’appoint bas de gamme — et encore, je n’en mettrais même pas un comme celui-ci chez moi. Autre point incompréhensible : seulement deux taies d’oreiller pour quatre oreillers… un manque de soin évident. Et pour couronner le tout, aucune eau chaude. Rien n’allait. C’est, sans hésitation, l’une des pires nuits d’hôtel que j’ai passées depuis très longtemps — et pourtant, je voyage souvent.

Club vacances bien situé au très bon rapport qualité/prix. Néanmoins, le confort du couchage est à revoir. Matelas trop fin et taille du lit trop juste. Petit déjeuné correct. Le personnel est présent, souriant et à l'écoute. L'ensemble de l'établissement est propre et les équipements sont suffisants pour des vacances en famille avec petits enfants. Quelques commerces et de beaux circuits de randonnée à proximité.

Hôtel sympa, près de la plage sa c’est super. Mais équipement inexistant dans les chambres. Même si c’est pour obliger la clientèle à se restaurer sur place mettez au moins un micro onde, un frigo et une bouilloire. Ayant 2 enfants en bas âges encore au biberon c’était une galère pour chauffé les biberons. Peut être que c’était que notre chambre j’ai pas osé demander vu que l’accueil était pas top.

Bon séjour à Azureva Pornichet. Pas déçu pour une première expérience. Personnel très à l'écoute et agréable surtout à l'accueil ainsi que le barman .Logement convenable bien que un peu vieillot , pour ce qui est de la nourriture bon petit déjeuner. Diner bon également manque un peu de choix et de proposition au niveau des boissons .Sinon très bien situé pour la balade

Struttura non adatta ad una vacanza tradizionale in quanto struttura soprattutto di servizi sociali che si propongono diversi fini rispetto a quelli di coppie in vacanza … senza voler discriminare si dovrebbe specificare nei servizi offerti dalla struttura. Mancano asciugamani e sapone sul lavandino … erogazione acqua nella doccia a tempo con rubinetto/pulsante non adatto a normodotati. Lo dico solo per precisione e con nessun intento discriminatorio
