Light & bright with an updated, open floor plan, this is the perfect home for entertaining family and friends! Spend the day lounging by the pool and evenings exploring charming Port Charlotte and surrounding areas. Spacious primary suite with attached full bath. Guest bedroom with work space. Conveniently located to shopping, golf courses, restaurants, and sparkling Gulf Coast beaches.

For security purposes, we have one exterior security camera located at the front corner near the garage and another at the back corner opposite the pool. The back camera does not record during guest stays.

Overall the property was very nice. A few things that should be corrected. The drain stopper in the Master Bath did not work. The drain stopper in the hallway bath for the sink when pushed down would not pop back up. The toilet seat in the hallway bath is very loose and needs tightening. The remotes for the tv's may be mixed up. We were watching tv in the living room and the person watching tv in the Master Bedroom was changing the channels on the living room tv. Minor things but would be nice if they worked. You might want to put a door stopper behind the front door. We noticed that the door knob had made a hole in the wall behind it. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable. Thank you

We had a great stay! Ashley was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. I missed having a dishwasher and a blender but everything else was fine. I would recommend this home.
