Upouusi 2018 ranta lomavuokraus

Upouusi upea nykyaikainen ranta-altaan koti South Gulf Covessa. "Sullivan-rakentajien" rakentama poikkeuksellisen korkea laatu. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuone on vain täynnä moderneja ominaisuuksia ja sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä kalastuksesta, rannoista, golfkentistä, ravintoloista ja kaikista Floridan elämäntyyliin liittyvistä upeista asioista! South Gulf Cove on todella mukava hiljainen hyväpalkkainen kotiyhteisö, jossa on mailia luonnonkauneita pyöräteitä ja kaunis puisto / piknik-alue kävelyetäisyydellä kodistamme.

Master-sviitissä, joka sijaitsee sen omalla puolella taloa, on kaksi pesuallasta, roomalainen kävely suihkussa ja iso kylpyamme. Sillä on hänen ja hänen kaapinsa ja suora pääsy uima-altaan alueelle liukuvien lasiovien kautta.

Muut 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-size-vuoteet ja suuret kaapit, sijaitsevat kodin toisella puolella. Kaikissa huoneissa on seinälle asennettavat 50 "taulutelevisiot.

Moderni avoin keittiö on täynnä kaikkea mitä ikinä tarvitset. Perhehuoneessa on upea kaksinkertainen trey-katto, 65-tuumainen televisio, jossa on äänipalkki ja monivärinen LED-takka.

Avaa liukusäätimet Lanai-alueelle ja rentoudu ja nauti Floridan auringonpaisteesta tai uimaan lämmitettyyn suolaisen veden uima-altaaseen ja kylpylään. Kaikille löytyy runsaasti istumatuoleja ja lepotuolia! Tarjolla on myös iso ulkogrilli perheen illalliselle. Siinä on myös kokki, joka on sydämessäsi.

Istu laiturilla ja katsele auringonnousua siemaillen aamukahvia. Telakalla on jopa ruokailutila lounaalle tai yöaika cocktaileille ystävien kanssa, jotka seuraavat kalaa hyppäämään.

Great property

This was the best property we have ever stayed at! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils as well as spices. We all had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return here.

Relaxing & Enjoyable...What we were looking for!

Our top priority in this VRBO rental was a place to relax and enjoy outdoor space with hot tub and pool. This was it! Lounging in the sun, dining outdoors and soaking in the hot tub were great! The east facing lanai afforded both sun and shade. I utilized the kayaks on the surrounding canals twice. We found the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed a couple of beach walks 20-25 minutes away. Our hosts were quick to respond in answering questions. We left grateful and renewed!

Very nice home

We stayed for the month of January 2025. The house was beautiful and the area was great for walking. When driving anywhere the traffic was always slow but that’s just Florida. The 1 drawback was the pool, it states that it’s a heated pool but it was too cold to go in it so I don’t think the heater was working.

Family winter vacation to Florida

We enjoyed our stay. The heated pool with spa was great! And it was nice to be right on the canal. We enjoyed the beaches in Gasparilla state park. The house had beach chairs and everything we needed so we didn't have to bring it with us.

10+ out of 10! Absolutely amazing home, vey responsive hosts and EXTREMELY accommodating given our situation. Very pleasurable experience. Clean home with plenty of amenities, supplies, state of the art utensils and cookware, all the beach equipment, and the list goes on and on. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Will definitely rent again. We liked that there was a dock to fish off of in the back yard. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean as well. We used both of them daily. Thanks again for the great stay!

Wonderful place

This property was great and very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. The arcade machine was a hit with the adults trying to compete for high score. Winter Break

You can’t go wrong with this property. It was very well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We requested a blower to tidy up the deck and garage area and the owner had Amazon deliver one! We rented the house for 34 days and enjoyed our winter break. Met several of the neighbors and everyone was inviting and friendly. The area offers a variety of activities like visiting the beaches, hiking and bike riding. We also enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. We would definitely book this property again.

Relaxing Getaway

There are so many things I can say about this property, but I will try to summarize it in just a few sentences. The home was beautiful and well maintained and provided every amenity we needed for a comfortable getaway. We visited Englewood Beach one day while we were there and it is such a beautiful beach! Other than that, we spent the majority of our time down on the dock and we saw three alligators and multiple sea turtles. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but that didn’t stop us from spending our days on the dock and then taking a quick dip in the pool to cool off. The weather was perfect to enjoy the hot tub in the evening, which we did as well. We would certainly book this rental again in the future!

Wonderful house w/ awesome outdoor space

Property: The house was great, modern and clean. We really appreciated that it was equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need, way more than most vacation rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub. It was a little chilly for the pool even with it being heated (we were there end of December & Florida was affected by the cold wave the country was having). Location: You will have to drive everywhere, but the grocery store (Publix) was very close (less than 5 minutes). For the beach, good restaurants, Punta Gorda, fun shopping, was at least 20-30 minutes away. Last thoughts: Communication was wonderful with the host! As a group of 5 adults, it was plenty big enough and nice that each bedroom kind of had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful time during the holidays at this property and would recommend if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle.

CHRISTMAS VACATION

WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE; WE LOVED OUR VISITOR AT THE CANAL DAYLY. THERE WAS ALL THE EMINITYS THERE FOR OUR STAY FOR COOKING, BEACH AND FISHING GEAR. THE ONLY THING FOR US THAT WAS WE WERE FARTHER AWAY FROM A BEACH THAT WE THOUGHT, AND THIS MADE IT A LITTLE TOUGH FOR THE KIDS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LIKE THE RIDE, BUT STILL WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Great House

We had an excellent stay and a very relaxing vacation. It honestly was our best stay. The owners were so nice and went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything in the home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had some memorable cook outs. Very nice and friendly neighborhood. We're looking forward to staying here again!
