If you would like pool heated you must let us know a week ahead of your stay additional $100 per week
Kayaks and paddle boards must be put back in shed. Guests with children 12 or under must leave pool baby gate up and closed at all times &
If air is on and door is left open there will be a $200 charge. If the grill is left dirty there will be an additional $50 charge.

Great Stay!

Very nice accommodations. Beautiful house! Location also very nice. The host was very responsive. Our only disappointment was that the pool wasn't heated as listed.
