Approximately one mile to the Jet Express ferry to Put-in-Bay, nearby fishing charters, and Port Clinton’s entertainment district with shops and restaurants. A convenient home base for exploring all that the Lake Erie shores and islands have to offer.

This ranch-style home has all 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom conveniently located together at one end, creating a private sleeping area. The main living spaces flow openly from the living room to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to gather, cook, and spend time together. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a half bathroom and a laundry room, which leads into the attached two-car garage. Step out the back door from the kitchen into a private, fully fenced backyard. The outdoor space includes a patio for grilling and a firepit—perfect for relaxing evenings.

Our home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for walking to the nearby ice cream stand or park, while still being just a short drive—or a 20-minute stroll—to all the action of downtown Port Clinton.

With neighbors on all sides, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect their privacy. For security purposes, there is one exterior camera located at the front of the home facing the front yard and driveway. There are no interior cameras.

Load and start the dishwasher

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the two garage door openers (if used) upon checkout. Please note that a $100 replacement fee will be charged for any garage door openers not returned to the console table at checkout.
Please start the dishwasher and take out the trash & recycling. The trash & recycling bins are located on the side of the house by the garage.
Please start a full load of towels on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 8 AM Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. We have full-time neighbors, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise.
Pet-friendly with no fee. Please clean up after your pet. A large crate is available if not house-trained. Extra cleaning fees may apply.
House rule violations causing extra costs will be billed to the guest, including missing garage openers, excess cleaning, or damage repairs.
