It offers a recently renovated open plan kitchen , dining and lounge space. Heating and cooling is provided in the form of a Split system unit , ideal for the ever changing weather of Port Fairy. A north-facing front yard receives sun throughout the day and is a perfect place to watch the world go by. When you step out the back door, you are met by a large backyard with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ - perfect for some outdoor dining on the summer evenings. Park your car in the driveway and put away your keys - this beach house is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience that your family will love.
