The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to dispose of all trash. There are dumpsters located at the front of the property. Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday morning.
Turn the a/c to 75 degrees.
To lock the door press the Kwikset button.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It is extremely important that you keep the doors closed while the a/c is on.
Please do not park on the grass.
Absolutely NO SMOKING. If you smoke in our home or close enough to the home that smoke gets inside, you will be charged $500.
