We rented this house from mid-January until the end of February. The house is a short distance off Veterans Memorial Parkway, a great place to walk, which we did almost every day. You can easily get anywhere you want to go in the area. We appreciated the large pump containers of dish detergent, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner, which lasted the entire time. We slept in the master king bedroom and the mattress was very comfortable and appeared to be new. The large capacity washer/dryer also appeared to be new. We had no trouble accessing the streaming channels on the TV. The heated pool is good size and the fenced yard backs up to a fairly large open area and pond with lots of ducks, birds, turtles, other wildlife. The back yard is private as the houses on the other side are some distance away. The other homes in the neighborhood vary in exterior maintenance but the location was quiet and no one bothered us. Ryan, the owner, was readily available and very responsive when we messaged him. He does not control or override the Nest thermostat settings, which we definitely appreciated when we needed heat. We had a few suggestions including dressers should be provided for each bedroom, additional seating in the main living area. There was an issue with the pool during part of our stay that Ryan worked with the pool tech to deal with.
