Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath triplex. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, sundeck, covered parking and a boardwalk to beach are featured in this home. The first level features a common dining, living, and kitchen with a full bath. Second level has two bedrooms and a full hall bath. Gulf front prestige at a bottom dollar price! NOT A BETTER VALUE ANYWHERE ON THE BEACH FRONT!!! DON'T LET YOUR SPOT GET TAKEN!

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate.
