stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not

allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.

☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings

☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book

☀ Please report any damages that occur during your stay. Any concerns about

the condition of the house must be reported to the house cleaner upon check-

in.

☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am, so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

☀If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We

aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

☀We ask that guests take the trash out



Please note--we kindly ask that you do not move furniture from its designated

location. Moving furniture from it's designated location may result in a fine

of up to $300 to return it to its original state.
