*Indian Sunsets offers an indoor elevator that goes from the ground level to the main level on the first floor. However, this elevator is a bonus amenity and is not a guaranteed feature of the home. Any residential elevator is susceptible to mechanical failure and as such, cannot be guaranteed.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

The beach house is absolutely stunning! I love the road names too with the Native American theme. The views of the gulf are beautiful and tranquil. The house was clean and felt welcoming. There are plenty of amenities and appliances available for convenience during the stay. I enjoyed sitting on the screened in deck to drink my coffee in the morning while looking out to the ocean. The rental company, 360 Blue, are amazing also and was quick to help us with questions. We only needed a technician when our internet went out due to the fiber wire being cut somewhere (no fault to them whatsoever) and they were so fast to get us set up with new internet. The technician was so friendly. It's just so beautiful and peaceful here, and I highly recommend it. The location is a bit out there. The only close places to eat and shop are a restaurant/oyster bar and a cute general store 1 mile up the road. For more options you'd have to go to downtown Port St. Joe, which is 9 miles out. But the kitchen is spacious enough for cooking if you feel up to it. :)

Amazing house

This house was what we needed. Easy direct access to the beach, very comfortable beds and very well-kept bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We ran into a couple of issues with appliances but the team was very responsive to communicate and send help. We would come back.

Lovely spring break getaway!

We loved staying at this beautiful home over spring break! It is perfect for a family with plenty of bedrooms, and the location/proximity to the ocean cannot be beat! The only thing that created a problem (and it wasn’t a huge deal) was the boardwalk. We should have worn shoes while walking on it to and from the house and the beach. All of us got splinters in our feet, even our little two-year-old. Other than that, we had a glorious vacation and are eager to return next year!

Great vacation

Property was perfect. Location was exactly what we expected and wanted. Plenty of space inside and outside. Every family member had plenty of space. Rented golf carts for our trip. The golf cart boardwalk was the best. We’ve stayed at numerous places in this area and this was by far the best. Thank you so much for making our trip the best it could be.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautifully decorated and had everything our family of 5 needed. We are used to the white sugary sand beaches of Destin but enjoyed the diversity of this more compact sand and the millions of shells with it! While crabbing one night, we were blessed to see a Loggerhead turtle coming up on the beach to lay her eggs! Amazing! Loved that the beach was never crowded. The only obstacles we had were double red flags all week and the water looked muddy. Most likely from the storm further down the Gulf. All in all, a lovely stay!

Quiet and Private Beach Home

If you are looking for a home in a secluded and quiet area with lots of space and right on the beach this is a very good choice. The house is well equipped from the kitchen appliances and utensils, a fast laundry washer and dryer, linens, towels and plenty of TVs. The screen porched was great and kept the bugs away at night. Multiple bedrooms and multiple large decks gave everyone space to spread out and come together as a group. The observatory on top was unique and made for great star watching, we even could see the milky way. Had we known driving golf carts on the beach is allowed we would have rented one, especially considering the boardwalk to the beach is extra wide to accommodate one. The outdoor shower was a nice convenience to keep sand out of the house. There were however a few items that for the price I wouldn't expect or didn't care for. The water temperature control in one bath room didn't work correctly (it just kept spinning around), handles on the cabinets were loose, exterior door handles were loose or sticking so difficult to lock. The upper deck floor is deteriorating and several of us got splinters in our bare feet (ouch). It's Florida so wild life is expected but it was still alarming to find a poisonous cotton mouth under the grill (perhaps add some signs to warn people). I didn't care for the grill being in the car port, it made for a lot of steps back and forth to grill. Although very nice I'l look for a different property if we visit this area again.

One of the best family vacations.

The perfect beach house for our family vacation. My wife and I and our 3 daughter's families with young kids found this place amazing. Right on the beach with very nice accommodations with plenty of room for our families. The layout was great with multiple areas to congregate and relax with 3 decks facing the beach to choose from and 2 separate indoor living spaces. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and we fixed most of our meals there and were able to eat on the porch with a beautiful view of the beach. We are looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Beautiful Family Time

Over all the house was beautiful. Being able to come and go from the beach is such a great way to allow freedom for your entire group. My 85 year old mom could come and go as she wanted. We thoroughly enjoy the beach and the house. We loved all the decks - and we especially enjoyed the screened in deck. The weather was okay - but I would definitely look at the weather before renting items such as paddle boards. We mainly cooked and ate at the house. The house had all the utensils we needed.

Beautiful and quiet

We had a great family week at this property. Location is beautiful and quiet. Lots of beach that feels all to yourself. Rainy days also great, because lots of comfy house to spread out in. Tons of TVs. Great kitchen with lots of amenities. Well maintained property. Would recommend and stay here again. Great communication with management, both proactive and reactive.

Beautiful beach front home! We had a family of 9 (ages 2 years old to 60 years old) and had plenty of space. Great living space. Kitchen was great for cooking and plenty of room for others to hang out while preparing meals. Outside space was also wonderful, we loved the porch with the table, our family enjoyed many meals out there and the hot tub was a bonus. Beach was amazing, only thing we were a little thrown by was the vehicles driving on the beach.Thank you for opening up your home, our family truly enjoyed your beautiful place and would come back.

Fantastic Trip

We were all thrilled with this property. We had a group of nine adults and this property had actual beds to accommodate everyone. With five bedrooms and three full baths, it easily accommodated a group of our size. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the beds were comfortable. But the best thing was just being able to walk out of the house and be on the beach. In addition to several decks, the screened in porch was our favorite place. It was a great place to unwind and spend time with family and friends.

Peaceful Getaway

Our entire trip was amazing. The home is spacious and clean and had everything we needed for the week. There are lots of little places to spend time alone or with a group inside and out. The screened porch and multiple decks have spectacular views of the beach and the amazing gulf sunsets. The beach is private and just a few steps from the house. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, beach retreat.

Amazing getaway!

Great Stay!

The house was beautiful and very clean. We were very comfortable staying here. I enjoyed the covered deck very much just sitting enjoying the ocean sounds and walking on the beach just a few steps away from the house. I’d like to bring my kids and grandkids here someday.
