Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.
Sunsets on Seagrove in coveted Windmark Beach is a brand-new construction home offering 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, double kitchens and double living rooms, accommodating 10--. The attached suite provides additional privacy, which is great for extended families and large groups. Located beside the community pool with bay views, only several hundred yards away from St. Joseph Bay. Sunsets on Seagrove faces West offering stunning cotton candy skies dusk and dawn. The City Center offers a shared (heated) pool, bars, restaurants, gym, and shopping. There are nature trails to enjoy and miles of coastline to explore with deeded beach access.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom, sitting chair, and flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub, and large closet. Turning in for the night is easy at Sunsets on Seagrove, with four bedrooms to choose from.
The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of natural light for reading.
The second guest bedroom features a double over double bunk bed with a sitting chair.
Located between the aforementioned guest bedrooms is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The attached suite features its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom! The living room is outfitted with a full sofa, love seat, and large flat screen TV. This living room features an Xbox 1 with games! The second kitchen is fully stocked to handle any of your dine in meals; complete with a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The suite bedroom offers a king size bed with ample closet space. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The garage features ample parking with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and a level 2 electric vehicle charger. The lawn is large, lush, and fenced for the safety of your fur babies. Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guest's length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.
