There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited, and guest will need to exit the Premises.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited everywhere on the Premises, both inside and outside, including the carport and yard. Smoking will incur a $250 fee.

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
