Average adequate property, very close to beach.
Car parking within an underground carpark that was very difficult to navigate both entrance and exit and very small space to park in - parked once then used street parking.
Biggest issue was with keys to open front doors, garage and the apartment front door - took 20 minutes one evening to access apartment as key just would not open door.
Otherwise a pleasant stay.

There was no indication where the entrance to the property was
When we did manage to get in there was was no reception area ! !
Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but we had travel slippers with us. So would we go back there, definitely!
Amazing location steps from the beach! You can find everything such as shops, restaurants, ATMs at walking distance, including a grocery store at the same complex! Property manager Filipe was excellent and accommodated all our needs. The building/apartment are showing its age and could use some TLC. Apartment cleanliness can be improved. Bottom line despite the things mentioned we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed during a festival on the beach, Filipe was great help when our flight got delayed and we had to check in abit later than expected, very accommodating. Only issue is cleaners came in unannounced at 0830 on the day of our check out when our check out time was 1000, they came back later.
Nice view. Across the street from the beach. So close to all the bars restaurants and shopping. In fact it had a great grocery store in the complex. I love the heater and washing machine as I was staying in the winter and for 7 weeks.

I like the location. Close to restaurants and bars. Right across the street from the beach. Had a lovely view of the beach. A super market in the complex. Good facilities. It was nice having a cleaning lady come and change our towels and bedding and clean the place. Filipe the manager was always quick at answering any questions I had. I did not like the bed. It was very low and hard.

The apartment was quite nice but dining chairs were uncomfortable after approx. 1 minute! Only one lift out of two was operating which meant a long time waiting.
On one night, when we returned from a restaurant, none of the lifts were working and as my wife is partially disabled, she had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. This took a long time and was very painful. Therefore, you should advise people that it is not suitable for disabled clients. This is an observation, not a complaint but I won't stay there again.

property management was excellent, friendly and accommodating. the ranking at 3 stars is appropriate. improvement could be made in bed size and quality.
The double beds available were not suitable for larger frame people with back difficulties. Suggest beds could be an option of two twin beds or put together with a top foam mattress pad covering the joint. This could be King size, at very little expense difference and superior comfort for visitors.
The price of stay was good value, with appreciation of ocean view that was slightly detracted by the unfortunate condition of restaurant roof in view.
There is some potential for this accommodation to be 4 stars, with a few details attended to
Located at the famous Tomás Cabreira strip, it is set in the Praia da Rocha district. Top location, next to shops bars and restaurants. Great view of the sea and the beach from the 6th floor, two balconies! The manager, Filipe ,was most courteous and very helpful. Had a wonderful time!
I think it should be described as side balcony with sea view and not beach front as u can only see the sea if you sit outside which it wasn’t hot enough for us to do
Also if you had washing machine and air con on fuse would blow
But get place clean tidy carpark we where very happy with it

Very good for the price, good location, well equipped. Takes a day to get familiar with all the peculiarities. A bit loud some nights, but it’s a beach resort so that’s ok. Manager, Filipe, is excellent....TY👍
