Set in central old town location by walking promenade is this 3 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, Newly refurbished fisherman’s narrow townhouse. Placed in the historic centre of downtown Portimao by the Promenade and Marina, next to old town bars and restaurants. 5 mins drive or shuttle bus from largest beaches of Algarve. Great base for exploring Algarve, surfing, festivals or golf.
The space
The property has been thoughtfully designed with tasteful decor pieces that transform this narrow former fisherman’s house into a characterful holiday townhouse placed right by the restaurants area and harbour offering freshly caught seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes. With Two full bathrooms plus rooftop outdoor shower it’s ideal for couples as well as small groups of friends and families. On the ground floor you’ll find comfortable living room with dining area as well as the fully equipped kitchen (including full size fridge, hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.)
To the first floor accessed through traditional staircase you’ll find the master bedroom with juliette balcony and premium mattress, next ot it - bathroom with walk in shower, further on is a walk-through small single bedroom. The 2nd floor is accessed through a striking, showered in light staircase. On the 2nd floor you’ll find a smaller double bed bedroom with with its own bathroom and 1st terrace access. The smaller terrace is partially roofed. Here you’ll find the utility cabinet with washing machine. Taking stairs further up you’ll enter the roof terrace covering full footprint of the house with comfortable sun beds.
