Room was spacious and had a lovely view. Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast bar was accessible even other hours, so it was convenient. Only quibble was luke warm water in the taps late night and early mornings.

This is a superb hotel right in an excellent location. We had the blue suite which was quiet and very large with comfortable chairs and a large modern bathroom. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is served in a lovely sun filled porch. There is a communal kitchen but there are many great cafes and restaurants around. Parking is free just a 3 minute walk away. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were excellent and the brkfst was perfect. The air/heat was working well. Everyone was very helpful and ready to offer more. The last morning we were there they laid out an early breakfast even though I think we were the only ones there and were leaving before breakfast would normally have begun. My husband and I would definitely recommend Villa Rio Guest House to friends.
