The living room is perfect for a movie night on the VIZIO 50" 4K Smart TV. When it's time to rest, you'll have your choice of three comfortable bedrooms:

* Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
* Bedroom 3: Full Bed

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in tile shower and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap) for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including:
* Refrigerator/Freezer
* Oven & Microwave
* Dishwasher
* Toaster
* Baking sheets, pots, and pans
* Utensils, glassware, and dinnerware
* Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire first-floor apartment in a duplex building. Self-check-in is simple and secure via a lockbox; your unique access code will be sent approximately one hour before your scheduled check-in time.

Parking Information:
May through November: Dedicated complimentary driveway parking is available for 2 cars for the duration of your stay.

December through April: Free on-street parking is available directly in front of the building.

Late Check-Out

$100 per hour for each hour past the scheduled check-out time
Check-outs more than 2 hours late may incur additional charges, including the nightly base rate and any costs related to impacted reservations

To help keep the home in excellent condition, please do not move or rearrange furniture or décor, including beds, sofas, tables, or wall art.

If you need extra space or have a special request, please reach out before making any changes — we’re happy to help find a safe solution.

Unauthorized furniture movement may result in additional fees if extra cleaning, repairs, or lifting are required after checkout.
