Spotless room, super comfortable bed! The only thing is that we reserved a room with “city view” and our view consisted of a long stone building as far left and right as we could see. Definitely needed to have curtains pulled at all times for privacy as people were sitting in their rooms straight out our window. I wish when reserving “city view” that it doesn’t mean looking straight into the neighboring hotel. This label should likely be removed unless it looks out the back or front of the hotel.

The entire stay. First the front desk personnel spoke broken English I had to repeatedly ask them to repeat what they were saying. Second you showed a pool at hotel reason we chose to stay there. There was not one. Getting into the parking garage has a chore machine for gate froze up. First night we went to a show came back at 10 pm bartender was calling last call. Very irogant to customers. The bar says open til midnight. Second night bar was closed all together. Said to goto AC hotel show card to get in discount. There bar at aloft would have been nice no driving . Rooms are not very sound proof could hear every vac Outside our room. Heard every person up stairs walking around or when they dropped something on floor. Checkout had a hard time getting out of garage had to call for help. Not the weekend I hoped for.
