My stay was nice overall. The lobby was clean upon arrival, even though there was a lot of salt outside the entrance. The room was spacious and very clean, which I really appreciated. The staff who assisted me with both check-in and check-out were great as well. The only minor issue I experienced was at the snack bar. An item was labeled at $6, but when I went to the front desk to pay, I was charged over $8. When I asked about the price difference, the staff mentioned that the exact item wasn’t in their system yet, which is why they couldn’t ring it up correctly. I pointed out that the price was the same as the water, and they adjusted it afterward. While it was resolved, I found it a bit concerning that I could have been overcharged for a simple drink if I hadn’t checked the price.

We were denied the room we had specially booked at this hotel for my birthday. I reached out to Expedia who offered a merely $10 back. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy and allowed me to rest well. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.
